For my MND 526 (Beauty and Fashion Journalism) class we were given the assignment to pitch to our dream publication’s fashion or beauty editor and interview them about their career and position currently at that publication. We were given zero connections and told to use our networking capabilities to figure out their email and pitch to them in a way that would make them want to answer.
